To accelerate this growth, we’re hiring someone to lead our expansion from our Kuala Lumpur office. This is a high-impact role for someone ready to shape the future of logistics in one of the world’s most critical industries.

What you’ll do
- Identify, chase, and win new business opportunities across Asia Pacific
- Grow and strengthen relationships with existing customers
- Present Kabal’s solutions with confidence, showing exactly how we solve real-world challenges
- Keep your CRM up-to-date; accurate records make victories repeatable
- Collaborate with our global sales team to hit ambitious targets
- Travel internationally and bring Kabal solutions directly to customers
Who you are
You’re a results-driven sales leader who thrives in a fast-moving environment. You have:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sales or customer-facing roles within the oil and gas industry
- A proven track record in software or tech solution sales
- The ability to work under pressure and consistently hit targets
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Preferably logistics experience in oil and gas
- Preferably a Bachelor’s or Master’s in business or a technical field
- Hold a valid Employment Pass (work permit) in Malaysia
Above all, you bring energy, persistence, and a “get it done” attitude to every deal.
