What you will do
Own (and preferably reside in) one of four regional locations: The Middle East, Brazil, APAC, or Houston.
Prospect with purpose. Engage oil and gas operators and major service companies, qualify opportunities, and build strong early-stage momentum.
Represent Kabal with confidence. Communicate the value we bring clearly and convincingly. Help prospects understand the impact and value Kabal unlocks.
Run a disciplined sales process. Maintain clean CRM data, accurate forecasting, and a healthy, active pipeline.
Collaborate across teams. Work closely with sales, product, and customer success to win complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
Meet customers where they are. Travel to rig sites, bases, and offices to bring the Kabal solution to life.
What you bring
Five+ years of sales or commercial experience in oil and gas, energy logistics, drilling operations, or related software
Experience selling SaaS or operational technology to industrial enterprises
A track record of hitting or exceeding targets in high-pressure environments
Strong presence with senior decision-makers across operations, logistics, drilling, supply chain, and executive leadership
Fluency in English, with additional languages considered a plus depending on region
Preferably experience in logistics, personnel transport, marine operations, or drilling services
Preferably a degree in business, engineering, or a related field
Above all, you are curious, persistent, and results-driven. You do not wait for opportunities. You create them.
