The mission of our Customer Success team is seamless onboarding, excellent user experience, and keeping zero churn. An important part of the service is our global 24/7/365 helpdesk with main hubs in Houston, Kuala Lumpur and Stavanger.
We’re looking for someone to join our 1st line of support, and play an important part of our helpdesk operation.

A day in the Customer Success team at Kabal

Collaborate with other teams - As part of the HQ-based CS team, you’ll work closely with our product development and sales teams, contributing with insights that help shape future product releases.
Lunch Like a King (or Queen) - As the aroma of Chef Johan’s 3-course meal reaches your desk, you’ll head to the Kabal restaurant for good food and even better company.
Handover to Houston - Before heading home, you’ll sync with our U.S. team to ensure a smooth transition and continued customer care.

Position Details:
Working Hours: 10:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday, Full-time (100%).
Rotation: On-Call Duty every third weekend, 7-hour shifts.
Travel: May be required.
Start date to be agreed.
Job location: Stavanger, Norway.
