We're looking for someone who can:

• Set the Vision: Define and champion a clear product vision and strategy, rooted in a deep understanding of company goals, customer needs, and the market landscape.

• Build the Plan: Act as the crucial bridge between strategy and execution. Translate the product roadmap and customer feedback into a prioritized backlog of clear, well-defined user stories with acceptance criteria.

• Guide the Team: Collaborate daily within a cross-functional product team (Design, Engineering, QA). Serve as the primary point of contact to clarify requirements, answer questions, and guide solutions from initial discovery to final delivery.

• Drive Alignment: Proactively engage with all stakeholders, from executive management and customers to sales, support, and implementation teams. Gather crucial feedback, manage expectations, and ensure business-wide alignment on the product's vision and progress.

• Own the Outcome: Validate that completed work meets acceptance criteria and the "Definition of Done," ensuring each release delivers genuine value to our users and the business.
  

What you bring to the team:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a product management or product owner role, within a SaaS or software-focused company.

• A proven track record of managing products through the entire lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond.

• A deep understanding of software development processes and methodologies.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to inspire and align cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, comfortable turning complex data into actionable insights.

• A natural curiosity and obsession with solving customer problems.

• Experience with product management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Miro, Figma) is highly desirable.

• A technical background or a strong ability to grasp complex technical concepts is a significant plus.
