Customer Management & Project Leadership - It’s time for a health check on a key account, analyzing their system usage to spot opportunities. Then dive into a project status meeting planning tailored training, or respond to incoming requests - always ensuring our customers get the support they need.
Collaborate with Other Teams - Work closely with Sales, Product, and R&D. Your insights will help shape future product releases.

Position Details:
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Full-time (100%).
Rotation: Duty every third weekend (9-hour shifts)
Experience: 3–10 years of relevant experience.
Education: Bachelor's degree (Not a must)
Location: Kuala Lumpur office (KL).
