A day in the Customer Success team at Kabal

Check in with Malaysia - While you were getting your beauty sleep, our team in Malaysia took care of customers. Now, you’ll ensure smooth follow-up on ongoing tasks.
Problem-Solving & Customer Engagement - Handle incoming requests, develop training materials, perform "health checks", and assist with account management.
Collaborate with other teams - As part of the HQ-based CS team, you’ll work closely with our product development and sales teams, contributing with insights that help shape future product releases.
Lunch Like a King (or Queen) - As the aroma of Chef Johan’s 3-course meal reaches your desk, you’ll head to the Kabal restaurant for good food and even better company.
Handover to Houston - Before heading home, you’ll sync with our U.S. team to ensure a smooth transition and continued customer care.

Position Details:
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Full-time (100%).
Rotation: Emergency duty (Beredskapsvakt) every third weekend, 7-hour shifts.
Travel: May be required.
Job location: Stavanger, Norway.
